Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty visits St Luke's Elementary School in Ottawa on Friday, August 17, 2012 to view progress on a classroom retrofit for all-day kindergarten. The premier stated that spending on education has paid off with increased test scores and graduation rates. Outside, Nepean-Carleton MPP Lisa MacLeod said she hasn't see any wage-freeze legislation and once it is tabled, her party would take a "good look" at it and make a decision.
