So back in 2014 I came to the Philippines for the 1st time and I had never been to this part of the world before. I was working in the snow and cold all winter long and wanted to splurge a bit on the trip. But in the end I found I had been doing alot of wasteful spending that was only not really adding that much to the fun of the trip. Now I could easily stay 4 to 10 times or more longer on the same budget.
