Use wear on my abo tools. This subject has come up several times with some friends of mine and I haven't spent much time examining the use wear on my tools. Archeologists are very interested in this sort of thing...for some odd reason...? ;-) When a hammerstone of mine becomes worn or has developed a flat spot I usually put it aside and rarely use it. I prefer a rounded strinking surface as opposed to a flat striking surface. Flintknapping. Knapping rocks. Making stone tools. Arrowhead. Lithic reduction.
