Carroll County Farm Museum Civil War Living History - for photos see: https://www.areaguides.com/carroll-county-farm-museum-civil-war-living-history Step back in time at the Carroll County Farm Museum and learn how families lived and worked in the 18th and 19th centuries. Guided tours of the Farmhouse are offered hourly from April through December. We also offer self-guided tours of our many buildings and exhibits. Artisans demonstrate their crafts at most of our special events. Learn new skills by enrolling in one of our Traditional Arts classes. While away a few hours at our afternoon teas, scheduled throughout the year. Or just stop by and enjoy the beauty of this 140-acre farm right in the heart of Westminster. The children will love visiting with our farm animals including goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, peacocks, ducks and more. Let them run off some energy at our playground or hike our Nature Trail. Bring a picnic lunch or consider renting one of our pavilions for larger family gatherings. The Museum is the perfect site for a wedding or corporate event. Memories are made here – make sure some of them are yours. Also see: http://ccgovernment.carr.org/ccg/farmmus/
