This video shows you how to schedule a live event in Youtube for a later date, when using an external video encoder like FMLE.  You would use FMLE if you're connecting an external camera to your computer using HDMI or HD-SDI.  This will allow you to share your link days or weeks in advance.  This video uses a Mac Mini i7 quad core, an external HD camera, and a Black Magic UltraStudio Mini Recorder.
