I found Feather when she and her sisters were only five days old, born in the trash on the floor of a wrecked car, in rows and rows of wrecked cars. Her mother, once abandoned herself, had turned feral and no one took pity on her plight and gave her food. She was struggling so, and starved, trying to raise the kittens. I took them all away from that life, to try to give them something better. Feather, one of the kittens, is now spayed and ready for a home.
