I quite enjoyed this season finale! But...it really bugged me how, for whatever reason, Chrysalis' voice was missing that double-tone effect thing that it's supposed to have. So, once I got a hold of the episode, I edited the audio and put the effect on her voice myself! I hope it sounds close enough to how it did in "Canterlot Wedding".

As for how to do the effect, it's actually quite simple:

1) Open the voice recording in Audacity
2) Duplicate the track
3) Select only the duplicate track
4) Go to Effects, Change Pitch
5) Lower the pitch by 1 semitone (in the box next to "Semitones (half-steps)", type -1). Click OK.
6) On the pitch-shifted track, turn the Gain down to about -10 dB (you may want to fiddle around with it until you're satisfied with how the effect sounds).
7) Export the audio to your desired format, and you're done!

So yeah, I have no idea why they didn't add the effect for this episode. Did they somehow forget? Was there some other reason for it? Who knows...
