The 24/0/17 build on civil war match. This build has great cc capability because of the instant cast whirlwind while have a decent amount of dps. For me this build is more of a support assassin with the extra cc and a 30m skill (Death Field), which can be used for interrupting caps (esp. on novare coast) and good aoe damage if your going with an aoe team build.
