MCMC Crticises Tm Over High Complaints

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has reprimanded Telekom Malaysia (TM) for a 43 percent increase in complaints since 2017. The commission said TM has recorded the highest number of complaints compared to other service providers.
