This battle is actually very easy. All you have to do is throw Grenades like crazy and heal whenever necessary. You can also give Aerith the Hyper from behind Don Corneo's bed to make it easier. The only thing that can go wrong here is that she might go on an Aerith killing spree with W-Lasers. That's obviously not good.
