The harpoon bolt strat is pretty precise. You need to wait till the woman stops walking & make sure you charge the shot before firing. If she just falls down, it will attract the other haunted. but when it charge hits she will get tossed in the air which stops the segment were all the haunted wake up for a short amount of time that's why you need to run straight away.
