So using the explosive bolt speeds this up a lot but it can fail. You need to aim it around his upper chest near the neck. For whatever reason, sometimes the bolt will not go off straight away & won't go off unless you shoot one of the haunted first lol. rarely happens but if you do it a lot, you're bound to run into it! For the Joseph crank segment, this can only be done on Nightmare/Akumu. so basically the haunted are designed to attack Joseph to stop him from open the big door. So unless you attack the haunted first they won't attack you. Keep in mind you can only kill the first 2, killing any after that they will all go for you. so immediately run try take out the first guy as fast as possible. most likely the second guy will always be right behind him. TL/DR: kill the first two haunted & stand at the edge before the rest come
