There is always the question of whether to seek or not to seek on the spiritual path when seeking enlightenment. On one hand, we want to be sure that we're progressing... whatever that means. But because it is a pathless path, it implies that there is nowhere to go on the path and nothing to seek. So, seeking is actually a really big trap on the spiritual path, because it subtly puts us out into the idea of the future for our fulfillment, when we should be connecting with 'being' in the present moment. So, many spiritual seekers on the non dual path to enlightenment get very hung up in this trap because they want to make 'progress' toward getting to a better place. But there is no better place that 'what is', because 'what is' is always divine and perfect. And the lack of recognition is what keep us from non duality consciousness. This is the beginning of a series that I'm going to be doing on YouTube that I'll refer to as the "Enlightenment Seeking Traps" series. So you can anticipate more topics like this in the future.
