The New York City Police Department is asking the public's assistance identifying suspects wanted for a robbery. Details are as follows: On Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 4:00 p.m., the victim, a M/12, was walking in the vicinity of 104-24 111 Street when the suspects approached him from behind, pinned him up against a tree and demanded his phone. The victim complied and handed over his Samsung Galaxy phone and the suspects fled. There were no reported injuries. Suspect #1: Male, late teens, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, grey backpack and dark pants. Suspect #2: Male, late teens, wearing a yellow sweatshirt with the number 33 on the front, dark pants and a black backpack. Anyone with information in regards to this robbery is asked to call the NYPD Crime Stoppers hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
