New Aviators host airline pilot Joe Ellis joined us after just about the toughest audition one could expect. With only a few minutes to shoot and no preparation, Joe was asked to provide a demonstration of wing deicing using as a prop a pile of skids.

It wasn't long before Joe's cool and calm approach was evident and strangely convincing! When you consider his segments on the show will actually involve real airplanes, Joe's sure to only get even better.
