Technology has often been referred to as a double-edged sword: On one hand, it enables us do things previously deemed impossible, such as transferring money between continents in microseconds, and on the other, it also has its destructive side. Lillian Kiarie had a rare sit down with one of the top executives of Microsoft, and discussed some of the new technologies that the Bill Gates-founded company is fronting in Kenya as it seeks to stay ahead of the competition.
