Thanks again to Link Knight. I actually recorded this video a while ago and have been using the Staminade since then. It has helped me beat the heat on multiple occasions since Link sent it. This stuff does make a difference on extremely hot and humid days. When you sweat, you lose more than just water. You need to replace electrolytes and salt in your body.
