This is how I prepare a papaya.  I like to peel it all, and slice it so I can work on the computer and eat it with a fork easily.  Plus, a strange combination that tastes amazing with papaya!  It's a spice called turmeric.  It's very anti inflammatory, but also tastes amazing with papaya for some reason.  An awesome weight loss breakfast and inflammation cooler.  See you later arthritis, it was nice to know you.  Actually, no it wasn't lol.
