Great appetizer!  It's never to early to start finding easy recipes for the upcoming holidays.  These are easy and delicious.  
You need a bundle of asparagus, 1-2 red bell peppers, 4  7-8inch tortillas and a small container of garden vegetable cream cheese.   Can be prepared the night before, or at least a half and hour before.  Enjoy!
