Fun and easy accessory to bring out on Halloween year after year.  I purchased the plate and candlestick at the dollar store and transformed them into a great Halloween platter.

*Note - Don't use the glue I used in this video.  When it fully cured, it made a flaw in my orange paint, but strangely not the black.  I tested a different glue and would use Weldbond instead!!
