Youth unemployment remains stubbornly high in South Africa. It's estimated that 3.3 million young people between the ages of 15 and 24 are neither employed nor pursuing higher education. But a youth skills empowerment initiative called Tshepo 1 Million aims to provide one million young job seekers with skills to make them more employable. CGTN' s Julie Scheier reports.
