The Cordilleran Flycatcher is a common flycatcher of shaded forests. These small flycatchers have a greenish brown back, yellowish underparts, and a prominent pale yellow eyering and wingbars. Here, one is on the lookout for insects in Sonora, Mexico. The Pacific-slope Flycatcher is nearly identical, and separated by range only.
