CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- State lawmakers are working to keep you safe on water-covered roads.The Senate transportation committee passed a bill Tuesday that would outlaw driving on water-covered roads.  The bill proposes people who ignore road signs and drive though water face a 2,000 dollar fine if they have to be rescued.This bill does not apply if there is not a posted warning.  The legislation now goes to the full House.
