CLEVELAND, Ohio (WKRC) -- A prosecutor says a former fugitive accused of operating a 100 million dollar cross country scam stole millions through ATM withdrawls and by writing checks to himself. The man calls himself Bobby Thompson but prosecutors say he is Harvard trained lawyer and former military intelligence officer John Donald Cody. Prosecutors say he is a mastermind of a scam and nearly three million dollars donated by people in Ohio to a charity involving veterans is now gone.  Cody's lawyers say the man did nothing illegal and he followed federal regulations governing charities.
