The North Indian Ocean has a new as yet unnamed cyclone that is heading for the Somali coast, the second storm this year to do so. Here is a brief forecast of the storm, another update is unlikely unless the storm intensifies. Somalia will probably experience heavy rains, potentially leading to flooding.
