On December 12, 2018, at 12:05 AM, an unknown male was captured using an unknown electronic device to unlock the victim's vehicle on the 17xx block of North Franklin Street. Once the vehicle was unlocked the suspect took an undetermined amount of currency from the vehicle before fleeing the location in an unknown direction.
