▶︎ PREVIOUS VIDEO: https://youtu.be/VnUrEH2oP5k ▶︎ INSTAGRAM https://www.instagram.com/kristinlagman ▶︎ TWITTER http://twitter.com/kristin_lagman INGREDIENTS & DIRECTIONS: CHOCONUTTER PRETZELS in previous video: BOOZY CARAMEL POPCORN 1 bag of microwave popcorn, popped 1/4 cup salted butter 1/2 cup brown sugar, NOT packed 1 Tbsp light corn syrup 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup marshmallows 2 Tbsp Irish Cream 1. Place microwave popcorn on a baking tray lined with parchment. 2. In a small sauce pan, melt butter over medium-low heat. 3. Add brown sugar, mix until dissolved, then add corn syrup and vanilla. Stir until slightly bubbly. 4. Add marshmallows and Irish Cream (be careful of steam!) 5. Stir until the marshmallows are melted. 6. Pour over the popcorn and mix until coated. 7. Let cool. Cut into bite sized pieces. If storing, place in plastic zip-top bags or airtight containers and store in the refrigerator. Bring down to room temperature when serving.
