Pluses: 
We were pleasantly surprised with the Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa. The staff was very friendly and despite being a "grand" resort you never really felt crowded. The Tranquility Pool was a welcome surprise. The food was excellent at the Japanese restaurant; very good at the Asian and staff was exceptional at this restaurant; quality was very poor at the Mexican and average at the American Grill; The main buffets had everything you could imagine and overall quality and freshness was very good. The staff were very pleasant despite often working very long hours. Thank you GP as we really enjoyed our stay.
