Hi everyone. I know it's been a while since I posted, I have been sick for the longest time, so I apologize for the break.

In today's tutorial I am showing you a cute winter nail art with the beautiful Glass Me powder and the sparkly Mermaid Effect. I've created these sparkly icicles over a blue multichrome base and I've love the end result!

While this design requires some free hand skills, you really don't have to be precise when making the icicles. The Mousse Gel lets you have a bit of a 3D effect, which looks nice over the smooth base.
