Trudie Birch, 42, of Bromsgrove was asleep in the early hours of September 21st, 2018 when her Range Rover Evoque burst into flames on her driveway – causing catastrophic damage to both her husbands work vehicle and their garage.

Speaking of the incident, Trudie’s husband, Dominic 42, said “Jaguar Landrover don’t build quality anymore or care about their customers.

“I have been told by a fire investigator that in his opinion, it was down to an electrical fault in the Range Rover. Not only did her car end up in complete ashes, it also took my car and our garage with it!

Jaguar Landrover staff at the Solihull plant are currently approaching a two-week period of halted production due to a decrease in demand – with another cease in production planned for the entire of December.
