After our neighbor left this wagon by the trash while moving out, we salvaged it.  I repaired the broken steering linkage and some other things and then the kids discovered they could "sled" in the summertime.  Alas, the wagon is again broken but should be ready when Spring rolls around again.  Don't worry -- it wasn't as "dangerous" as it looks so keep your panicked comments to yourselves!
