See how wrong settings can destroy your video.... CAF in video can be tricky.... you have to setup your camera right. Try to choose a zone Af or different methods too. Also, most important , try to avoid Fast setting in AF Drive speed and High in AF Tracking Sens. Both are on the first menu , 4th TAB. Lower those values , i use normal and slow and i have no problem with Af breathing , even in low light. Try to use fast primes in low light ... i use zeiss 55mm 1.8.
