Pluses: 
Beautiful hotel, lots of space, we were surrounded by beauty as far as the eye could see. Ideal for rest and rejuvenation at the end of a long year
The place, the amenities, pool and the beach activities were amazing :) Complimentary late check out has been given to us due non availability of the room when we checked in. Thumbs up!! :)
The welcoming.. Comfortable beds.. Delicious breakfast
Minuses:
No coffee and tea facilities in the room. We were always served by courteous staff but the butler to guest ratio is too large so we couldn't use that service
There is a noise at night time due to construction work continue at midnight which made us uncomfortable.
