Typhoon Sanba has rapidly intensified overnight, and is now a 130mph Category 4 storm east of the Philippines. The storm is expected to potentially be the first Category 5 storm worldwide in over a year. Whilst there is no immediate danger from this storm on land, the Ryukyu Islands, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and the northeast coast of China must watch this storm closely. Stay tuned for updates.
