These prawns and zucchini rolls are full of flavor and very easy to make. They can be baked or fried and you could also serve them on skewers: they’ll be a hit any way you choose to prepare them! INGREDIENTS prawns zucchini egg wash breadcrumbs DIRECTIONS 1. Clean the prawns, roll them up in a thin slice of zucchini. 2. Use a toothpick to close the roll up.
