Do your own research. Make your own decisions. I think bitcoin, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology etc. is something worth learning about though. It's fascinating.

Be safe out there! Lots of bad information and rumors out there, wild volatility, and randomness can happen. Don’t trust anyone and always be skeptical of what you hear. Everyone has their biases. For example, because I own a little bitcoin maybe I am a little biased in its favor. Be responsible. You could lose a ton of money. Maybe Bitcoin is in a bubble or the government steps in and bitcoin will decrease by 70% soon. Or maybe it keeps soaring. Noone knows. I'm not a financial advisor. I'm a noob at this and just felt like talking about Bitcoin and crypto cus it's pretty cool.

I’m guessing cryptocurrency and fiat money are both going to be around for a long time and go together. Kind of like yin and yang.

I don’t think I’m going to invest more than 10% of my savings into bitcoin / crypto currency. Crypto is very risky. Something unexpected may happen (If Bitcoin doesn't get it's lightning network up soon... maybe some other coin gets really popular and bitcoin crashes and bitcoin becomes like myspace etc.). I need to do more research. Stay safe out there people investing!

It also seems like in the future there may be thousands and thousands of cryptocurrencies haha. So it'll be curious to see if some coins do really well and really lead the pack, or what happens with all the competition. There's going to be lots of competition between more and more coins as time goes on.

Btw I heard there may be scams or ponzi schemes out there too. That's what some people are saying about the site "bitconnect". Really do your research!
