The Boom Beach Sky Shield is Broken?!

It appears that the latest Boom Beach April Update has broken the Sky Shield prototype defense. It still works under *most* circumstances but it is not properly blocking smoke.

⧐The word exploit scares me and sounds too much like 'hack' so we'll just call this a workaround?
