OXFORD, Ohio (WKRC) -- Miami University has a change of heart about demolishing an historic building. University trustees unanimously voted to tear down the 107-year-old Patterson Place to make room for student housing. But, Miami's president said those plans were off. He said the school received a lot of negative feedback about destroying the building, which is part of a historic district. He said the school was now looking into raising money to renovate the building. Follow us on Twitter @Local12 and LIKE us on Facebook for updates!
