Young doctors at Nationwide Children's Hospital are engaging in virtual surgeries to give them a life-like demonstration of real surgery. These demonstrations allow young doctors to experience not only the visual, but also the tactical feel of performing a surgery. A study by Dr. Gregory Wyatt hopes to prove that using this method as opposed to strictly visual methods will help to produce better surgical outcomes for these young doctors.
