First and foremost:
Airbursting stickies is NOT overpowered: the damage of stickies is well reduced in their first 5" of life, so detonating them just after shotted produces less damage than a well laid down trap of the same # of stickies.

Nonetheless having a sort of "Detonator" for the demoman is really useful. Normally you have to press rapidly M1 and then M2 w/ 2 fingers..

I compliment this with a script that relax things a bit: if you begin pressing and holding M2, then the action of M1 will be to fire auto-airbursting stickies.
If you begin pressing M1 instead (w/ not M2 engaged then), the action is as default.
You choose. Very entertaining.. :D

I suggest you create a CLEAR.CFG file where putting many "default" actions. In this case:

***********
//PUT IN A FRESHLY CREATED CLEAR.CFG
bind mouse1 +attack
bind mouse2 +attack2
//any other default binds to avoid intra-class interferences..
***********

Then I'd put the following in DEMOMAN.CFG:

***********
//TO BE PUT IN EVERY CLASS .CFG AT THE BEGINNING
//NOT ONLY DEMOMAN.CFG!
exec clear.cfg

//Press M2 and hold it down and constantly mash M1 like you normally would.
//This will detonate the stickies ASAP and to top things off, it isn't wait dependent.
alias checkatk2 none
alias +autodet_attack "+attack; -attack2; spec_next"
alias -autodet_attack "-attack; checkatk2"
alias +autodet_attack2 "+attack2; alias checkatk2 +attack2; spec_prev"
alias -autodet_attack2 "-attack2; alias checkatk2 -attack2"

bind mouse1 +autodet_attack
bind mouse2 +autodet_attack2
***********

Try it. And see it in action here in the video.
And Like it if you find it useful
