Bud is now a tropical storm, but people in the Santa Fe to La Paz, Mexico, including Cabo San Lucas need to be ready.  Everyone in this area is under a tropical storm Waring.   On the forecast
track, the center of Bud is expected to cross southern Baja
California Sur late Thursday and move over the Gulf of California by
late Friday.

Maximum sustained winds are near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher
gusts. Although slow weakening is expected during the next day or
so, Bud is forecast to still be a tropical storm when it reaches
southern Baja California Sur late Thursday.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 90 miles (150 km)
from the center.  The other system in the Pacife is growing at this time.  In the Atlantic Invest 91L is mostley still the same.
