"For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work." James 3:16, KJV So check this out. Only killing the barons (on E1M8 specifically), this is a complete survival run of Maps of Chaos Standard (the easiest of the 3 versions) on the easiest difficulty. Single-segment, non-TAS, pacifist. This is slightly harder in some ways than the original (more switches, monsters, and things to avoid), but certain monster closets give you a little more wiggle room and opportunity for infighting, not to mention more powerups, so it's sort of a wash... still a fair bit harder than the original. It does take a little longer. E1M8 is probably the hardest level because of the imps guarding the switches, and there are too many enemies to fight the barons right away. I found this gem sitting on my hard drive from earlier this year so now is as good of a time as any to upload it.
