World record, any difficulty%, non-TAS. This is a legit world record as the UV record is a mere 2 seconds slower. I'm not sure I can improve on this route much more, maybe it could be knocked down to around 3:10 with some practice, a couple seconds here and there can be improved with good battle tactics and not bumping walls.
