Eric Livny, an economist who runs Tbilisi-based ISET, wrote an article entitled "Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan Agree to Form Transcaucasian Confederation by 2019." He published it on April 1. In this interview with Salpi Ghazaran, Livny explains that the three heads of state agreed upon alphabets, security alliances and all other problematic issues.
