An alliance between two opposition leaders in the Democratic Republic of Congo is shaking up the political scene just ahead of next month's presidential election. Opposition leader Felix Tshisekedi has returned to the DRC's capital, Kinshasa, to kick off his campaign to replace longtime President Joseph Kabila in December's elections. Voters will head to the polls to choose a successor to Joseph Kabila.
