Day 4 Going to Ikebukuro Rain, Ramen and Rexration

On a cool rainy day, we venture out to the nearest city center Ikebukuro and check out this major transit hub, second largest next to Shinjuku. We go to Don Qui where there was a 6.8 earthwquake but we missed it there because the building had excellent anti shake technology, 100 yen store, ramen shop and Camden Pub.
