Palak Paneer
Ingredients
1. 2 large bunch fresh palak chooped
2. 400 grms paneer
3. 1 large onion chopped
4. 6 green chillies slitted( adjust as per your chilli tolerance capacity)
5. 1 tbsp lemon juice
6. 4 tbsp refined oil
7. 3 tbsp low cholesterol butter
8. salt as taste
9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
10. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
11. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
12. 1 tsp garam masala powder
13. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
14. 1 tsp kasuri methi
15. 1 cup fresh milk cream
