Water CS Samuel Chelugui has accused Muranga governor Mwangi wa Iria of creating unnecessary problems in the water provision sector in the county. Speaking before the National Assembly committee on lands, environment and natural resources, Chelugui said the governor has been misleading the people of Muranga alleging that they can get free water which the CS says is not possible.
His remarks come during an escalating water row in the county.
