Despite a government directive that a two kilogram packet of ‘unga’ should be sold at 90 shillings, buyers of Kenya's staple food say they feel short changed since they are parting with 40 shillings above the recommended price and the traders say that the one hundred and thirty price tag includes the transportation costs.
