Syria war: UN official voices frustration over aid delivery

The head of the UN's humanitarian taskforce for Syria has spoken of his frustration at the lack of aid entering the country and the dangers facing those trying to deliver it. Despite that, officials say negotiations are under way for a temporary ceasefire in the besieged Syrian city of Aleppo, and there is a glimmer of hope an agreement will be reached. The announcement came on another day of fighting that killed more than 40 civilians.
